OUR VISION
Our work in Zimbabwe focuses on three major areas : 
Evangelism
Education
Healthcare.
We feel strongly about mission work and desire to serve others not only here in our local community but in Africa. We are excited to be a part of something bigger than us. We embrace the great commission which Jesus Christ gave his disciples, Mark 16: 15-16, “And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.” 
We are not perfect but we pray that our lifestyle as followers of Christ will influence those around us, and that they will be eager to learn more about Christ. Our prayer is that God will help all of us to faithfully share His Will whenever and wherever we GO!!!

 

OUR PROGRAMS
HILLSIDE CHURCH OF CHRIST ORPHAN CENTER Masvingo, Zimbabwe
The Church has been paying school fees for the children and suppling feminine products for the young girls in the orphanage. We support 16 students who are required annually to pay $352 for tuition and books to attend grade school thru secondary school. Additionally, we assist the orphans with daily health care needs. We provide them with first aid kits, small jars of Vaseline, combs, toothbrushes, toothpaste, hairbrushes, clothes and feminine products. The cost to ship supplies is prohibitive. Therefore, on each Foreign Missions trip, Magnolia Park has been carryingthe products as luggage. One particular part of our effort is making

 

OUR PROGRAMS
Reusable feminine sanitary napkins. Our Sisters have been making these items to ship as we plan to travel to Hillside Church of Christ Orphans Care Center Masvingo, Zimbabwe in January 2023. We will provide funding to purchase a sewing machine so that in the future the Orphan Center will be able to make the feminine sanitary napkins themselves along with some clothing. Our efforts at the Orphans Care Center has also included providing funding to Brother and Sister Cashlton in order to acquire baby chickens and seeds. 
Rieker Park Church of Christ Johannesburg, South Africa
We support the Rieker Park Church of Christ. The Magnolia Park Church of Christ has supported this congregation for the past five years. We along with other Churches of Christ in the United States have contributed to the construction of their Church Building. We have also provided funding to purchase Zoom Conference subscription to conduct virtual Worship Services and Bible Classes.
